Nate Chapman serves as the Lead Pastor of Riverdale Church, overseeing all staff and ministries. Nate has a Master’s Degree in Theology, Bachelor’s Degrees in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Ministries, and is an ordained pastor with the Assemblies of God. He and his wife, Kylie, along with their son and Pippa (dog) love family walks. He also will gladly challenge you to a game of pickleball!

Kylie Chapman serves as the Associate Pastor of Riverdale Church, overseeing Next Steps Ministries and serving as the Communications and Project Manager. Kylie has an Associate’s Degree in Church Leadership and is a licensed pastor with the Assemblies of God. She loves to cook family dinners for Nate and their son (and leftovers for their spoiled dog Pippa too). 

Scott Wilcox joined the Riverdale leadership team in 2011 as the Pastor of Kids Ministry. Pastor Scott was born and raised in Wisconsin, in a town known as the bicycle capital of the world. He is also married to his wife, Jody, and has 3 kids - Alexis, Gracie, and Caleb.

Kyle Besch joined the Riverdale leadership team in 2016 as the pastor of student ministry. Pastor Kyle was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. He is married to his wife, Makayla. They welcomed their daughter Willa in 2023.

Cindy Chastanet joined the Riverdale Church leadership team in 2014 as the Care Pastor. Cindy grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pastor Cindy and her husband Henri have raised five children and have over 10 grandchildren.

Christy Engelhart joined the Riverdale Church leadership team in 2019 as the Pastor of Connections. Pastor Christy is originally from Mankato, Minnesota. She is married to her husband, Chad, and they have 3 kids - Caleb, Evan, and Adelyn.

Nate and Sarah Englar joined Riverdale leadership in 2021 as the Worship Directors. They both grew up in Minnesota and love raising their 5 children - Bowden, Caven, Lexon, Eden and Ember.
