Jeanne Little joined the Riverdale leadership team in 2005 as the Admin Assistant. Jeanne is married to her husband, Rick and they have one daughter - Alissa.

Scott Wilcox joined the Riverdale leadership team in 2011 as the Pastor of Kids Ministry. Pastor Scott was born and raised in Wisconsin, in a town known as the bicycle capital of the world. He is also married to his wife, Jody, and has 3 kids - Alexis, Gracie, and Caleb.

Kyle Besch joined the Riverdale leadership team in 2016 as the pastor of student ministry. Pastor Kyle was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. He is married to his wife, Makayla. They welcomed their daughter Willa in 2023.

Cindy Chastanet joined the Riverdale Church leadership team in 2014 as the Pastor of Marriage Ministry. Pastor Cindy grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pastor Cindy and her husband Henri have raised five children and have over 10 grandchildren.

Christy Engelhart joined the Riverdale Church leadership team in 2019 as the Pastor of Connections. Pastor Christy is originally from Mankato, Minnesota. She is married to her husband, Chad, and they have 3 kids - Caleb, Evan, and Adelyn.

Nate and Sarah Englar joined Riverdale leadership in 2021 as the Worship Directors. They both grew up in Minnesota and love raising their 5 children - Bowden, Caven, Lexon, Eden and Ember.
